Did you know about 75% of Americans are magnesium deficient?1 Signs of magnesium deficiency include: cravings for chocolate, fatigue, hyperactive reflexes, insomnia, constipation, irritability, anxiety, nausea, PMS, seizures, spasms, tics, stiff and aching muscles and vertigo.

But there’s an easy way to get more magnesium in your diet: this Magnesium Boosting Smoothie.

Made with Kids Calm Multi, a kid’s magnesium supplement loaded with other essential vitamins, minerals, omega fish oil, organic fruit and veggie blend and amino acids, or Natural Calm, an magnesium supplement for adults. These liquid magnesium supplements can just be added to this (or any) smoothie recipe.

Magnesium Boosting Smoothie Is A Jamba Juice Copycat – So Delicious

Now on to the smoothie. It is DELICIOUS. It’s a copycat recipe of the Jamba Juice favorite: Carribean Passion (or as my 6-year-old son likes to say Korean Passion – which amuses my husband to no end).

But rather than paying nearly $5 at Jamba Juice, you can make this at home – without the added sugar and other additives. Plus, I can use organic fruit and avoid sugar (or worse artificial sweeteners) when I make my own smoothies at home.

Where to Get Kitchen Pantry Essentials

I get my kitchen pantry supplies like sea salt, black pepper, spices, coconut oil, and other essentials either on Amazon or my local health food store.

I just discovered and purchased the kids calm after I discovered that I was magnesium deficient & the calm helped me. Since giving it to my kids I noticed that they sleep better. I’d love to win a gift certificate to keep up with our growing family of almost 6!

That’s great to hear! I know I’m deficient in magnesium too. I used to get leg cramps daily but not anymore.

I’d love to try the kids natural calm. I have an powder version, but would be curious to try the liquid version. Reading the reviews makes me nervous to purchase it in fear of the taste being awful, so winning it would be GREAT!

Kids Calm isn’t bad at all. My kids take it straight but in a smoothie you wouldn’t even know it’s there. Good luck!
