Ingredients
- 4 cups kale chopped
- 1 gala apple cored and cubed
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon crumbled
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese diced
- 2 tbsp pepitas or pumpkin seeds
- 2/3 cup Maple Dijon Dressing
