  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F/180°C.

  2. Combine flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. Mix butter and raw honey using an electric mixer to make a creamy texture.
  4. Add egg, vanilla, lemon juice, essential oil and milk to butter and sugar mixture.
  5. Combine flour mixture with butter and honey mixture.
  6. Form small quarter-sized balls of dough. Place on a baking or cookie sheet about 3 inches apart, and flatten slightly with a fork.
  7. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool. Garnish with lemon zest.
