Equipment

  • Medium saucepan
  • Whisk
  • Mason jar or glass jar to store creamer

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup milk any
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream or half and half
  • 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or favorite natural sweetener like honey, maple syrup or stevia to taste

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients except the vanilla into a medium saucepan over low to medium heat.
  • Bring to a boil whisking periodically.
  • Once at a boil, remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
  • Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • To use, add 1-2 tbsp to your coffee and enjoy!
