- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup milk any
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream or half and half
- 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or favorite natural sweetener like honey, maple syrup or stevia to taste
Add all the ingredients except the vanilla into a medium saucepan over low to medium heat.
Bring to a boil whisking periodically.
Once at a boil, remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
To use, add 1-2 tbsp to your coffee and enjoy!
