Cutting knife
Large pitcher
- 1 bottle white wine, chilled 750 ml bottle of viognier, albarino or sauvignon blanc
- 2 cups cherries
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1.5 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur Cointreau or similar
- 1/2 cup bourbon

Pit cherries and cut in half. Cut about two thirds of the blueberries in half. Slice strawberries into 1/4 pieces.
Combine prepared fruits with white wine. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
Add 1/2 cup orange liqueur, 1/2 cup bourbon, 24 oz of chilled ginger beer, and 1/2 cup of whole blueberries. Optional: Add 2-3 drops of lemon or tangerine essential oil. Stir and serve over ice with a large scoop of fruit in each glass.
How to Choose a White Wine
Use a white wine with a fruity, slightly acidic, and with a touch of sweetness like viognier, albarino, or a citrusy sauvignon blanc.
