- 2 cups milk regular or plant-based (unsweetened and full-fat)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-3 tsp raw honey sweeten to taste
- Pinch ground black pepper
Add turmeric, ginger, black pepper and milk to a small saucepan.
Cook on low-medium heat and gently whisk to mix the spices with the milk. Don't boil. Heat it to the temperature you like to drink.
Turn off the heat. Add the sweetener, and mix well.
Pour into mugs and use a frother if you like to create more foam.
Sprinkle with cinnamon to garnish.
