Make your own apple chips with just a few simple ingredients in an air fryer. It's simple, cheap and delicious.

  • 4 Honeycrisp, Fuji, Jazz or Pink Lady apples
  • 1 tbsp organic sugar or raw honey or omit if preferred
  • 1 tsp organic cinnamon
  1. Preheat air fryer at 390 degrees.

  2. Mix cinnamon and sugar together.

  3. Core apples. Slice apples about ⅛ inch thickness using a mandoline slicer (for best results).

  4. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and sugar.

  5. Spray air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Place apples in a single layer on the air fryer basket.

  6. Cook for 4 minutes. Then flip and cook for another 4 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved.

  7. Move apple chips to a cooling rack and repeat steps until all apples are cooked.

  8. Store in a reusable container.
