Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs
Love peanut butter cups? Make a healthier, no-bake version with this Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs recipe. It's naturally Keto-friendly but you can use your favorite natural sweetener and it'll be a hit with the whole family.
Servings: 10 servings
Medium-sized mixing bowl
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 10 drops liquid stevia extract (or to taste)
Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, and liquid stevia extract in the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, until it's smooth and creamy.
Chop chocolate chips with a knife until the chocolate is crumbly. Place the crushed chocolate onto a large piece of parchment paper. Roll the mixture into balls (about 1 heaping teaspoon of the mixture). Roll the balls in the crushed chocolate.
Place in an airtight container in the freezer. Keep in the freezer for up to 30 days.
