Equipment

  • Medium-sized mixing bowl
  • Parchment paper
  • Spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 10 drops liquid stevia extract (or to taste)

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, and liquid stevia extract in the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, until it's smooth and creamy.

  • Chop chocolate chips with a knife until the chocolate is crumbly. Place the crushed chocolate onto a large piece of parchment paper. Roll the mixture into balls (about 1 heaping teaspoon of the mixture). Roll the balls in the crushed chocolate.

  • Place in an airtight container in the freezer. Keep in the freezer for up to 30 days.
