Equipment

  • 1 Small saucepan
  • 1 set of measuring spoons
  • 1 Whisk or immersion blender
  • 2 large mugs

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk regular or plant-based (unsweetened and full-fat)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tsp raw honey sweeten to taste
  • Pinch ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add turmeric, ginger, black pepper and milk to a small saucepan.
  • Cook on low-medium heat and gently whisk to mix the spices with the milk. Don't boil. Heat it to the temperature you like to drink.
  • Turn off the heat. Add the sweetener, and mix well.
  • Pour into mugs and use a frother if you like to create more foam.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon to garnish.
