  • This recipe is for 48 servings. Use a silicone mold with at least 48 cavities or even better 96 or more. This way you can use half the amount as needed.
  • Heat up 1/2 of the cherry juice and all of the water over low-medium heat.
  • Remove from heat. Add the raw honey, elderberry extract, echinacea, vitamin D3 drops.
  • Add the gelatin, and whisk or use immersion blender until there are no lumps. Add the remaining cherry juice and mix well. The consistency will thicken.
  • Pour the gelatin mixture into the silicone mold. Remember to pour into a silicone mold with 48 or 96 cavities.
  • Refrigerate for 4-5 hours. When ready, pop out of the molds. They should come out pretty easily. Pop them in the freezer for a few minutes if they gummy snacks don’t come out easily.

Notes

This recipe makes 48 servings of 1,250 mg of elderberry extract per serving.
