Heat oven to 425°F.
In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, basil, oregano, water, oil, eggs, and honey, and mix together until well combined.
Let sit for about 5 minutes.
Place the dough on a pizza pan or cookie sheet. Put parchment paper or plastic wrap on top of the dough and use hands or a rolling pin to spread the dough out. Thickness of the dough will be about 1/4 inch. Bake for 15 minutes, at 425 degrees. Dough may crack, but that's okay.
While the crust is baking, make the sauce, and prepare toppings. In a heavy saucepan, combine the BBQ sauce, tomato paste, and Italian seasoning, and heat until ingredients are well mixed. Remove from heat.
When crust is done, remove from oven, and spread the BBQ-tomato sauce on the crust. Sprinkle the bacon, chicken, and onions on the crust. Then top with mozzarella and parmesa cheese.
Place the pizza back in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and all toppings are golden brown.
Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes to cool down. Cut and serve.
