- 1-2 cups filtered water room temperature or warm water
- 1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar opt for organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the mother
- 1/2 lemon, juiced keep the pulp, remove the seeds
- 1 tsp raw honey optional
In a tall glass, add the the vinegar, lemon juice, and honey.
Add water and stir until combined.
