Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups filtered water room temperature or warm water
  • 1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar  opt for organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced keep the pulp, remove the seeds
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional

Instructions

  • In a tall glass, add the the vinegar, lemon juice, and honey. 
  • Add water and stir until combined.
  • Drink immediately to enjoy the enzymes and from the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
