Pineapple Gummy Bears

Although these pineapple gummy bears are the perfect healthy snack for kids, they’re so delicious you’ll want to keep them for yourself. Made using just two ingredients, they’re a sweet treat the whole family will love. Makes about 225 gummies or about 22 servings.

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • Silicone spatula
  • Silicone Mold
  • Baking sheet

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup Blended pineapple (canned or fresh)

Instructions

  • Add the blended pineapple and the unflavored gelatin to a saucepan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil then remove from the heat.

  • Allow the mixture to cool for around 5 minutes before filling the gummy bear molds using a dropper.

  • Place the molds on a baking sheet (this makes transporting to the fridge easier) then let the filled molds set for 20 minutes to solidify in the refrigerator.

  • Repeat until all the mixture has been used. This pineapple gummy bear recipe should make around 225 delicious gummies.
