Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 cups baby kale
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
