powdered cacao or organic cocoa powder

raw honey or organic maple syrup

organic vanilla extract

drops Peppermint essential oils

Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the Peppermint essential oil in
double boiler
.
Turn heat on medium-low and stir mixture until melted.
Remove from heat and add Peppermint essential oil.
Fill silicone mold with mixture - about 2 tbsp per mold.
Place
silicone mold
in the freezer and allow fat bombs to harden - about 1-2 hours.
Remove from freezer and enjoy. Store in the freezer (lasts longer) to enjoy as a delicious snack anytime.
