- 4 Honeycrisp, Fuji, Jazz or Pink Lady apples
- 1 tbsp organic sugar or raw honey or omit if preferred
- 1 tsp organic cinnamon
Preheat air fryer at 390 degrees.
Mix cinnamon and sugar together.
Core apples. Slice apples about ⅛ inch thickness using a mandoline slicer (for best results).
Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and sugar.
Spray air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Place apples in a single layer on the air fryer basket.
Cook for 4 minutes. Then flip and cook for another 4 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved.
Move apple chips to a cooling rack and repeat steps until all apples are cooked.
