Ingredients

  • 4 Honeycrisp, Fuji, Jazz or Pink Lady apples
  • 1 tbsp organic sugar or raw honey or omit if preferred
  • 1 tsp organic cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer at 390 degrees.
  • Mix cinnamon and sugar together.
  • Core apples. Slice apples about ⅛ inch thickness using a mandoline slicer (for best results).
  • Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and sugar.
  • Spray air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Place apples in a single layer on the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 4 minutes. Then flip and cook for another 4 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved.
  • Move apple chips to a cooling rack and repeat steps until all apples are cooked.
  • Store in a reusable container.
