Frozen banana with cinnamon – yum! Just stick a ripe banana in a reusable bag or container in the freezer. Wait about 6 hours, then slice up and serve with a dash of cinnamon. Delicious and healthy. I guarantee the kids will love it. I’m using frozen bananas as a substitute for ice cream in milkshakes and yogurt in smoothies.
