I just got a sample of CLIF® Kit’s Organic™ and they are delicious! I just love that it’s made with fruit and nuts – and nothing else. No dairy, soy, sugar, or carbs (it’s 100% gluten free). In fact, when I read the ingredients for the Cashew bar, it listed dates, cashews, almonds and salt – that’s it! Plus, it’s 100% organic and GMO free. No artificial anything or high fructose corn syrup. Seriously, it’s a crunchy mama’s dream.
Bars come in four flavors: Peanut Butter, Cashew, Berry Almond and Chocolate Almond Coconut. And the bars are 200 calories or less and a good source of fiber. My oldest son loved the Chocolate. I’m not a huge chocolate fan, but I loved the Peanut Butter and Cashew.
You can pick these up at natural food stores and in the natural aisle of some grocery stores for $1.59/bar.
So why is it called Kit’s Organic? The bar was inspired by Kit Crawford, co-CEO of Clif Bar & Company, and her experiences on her family farm where she developed a passion for wholesome food made with organic and simple ingredients.

I normally don’t do bars, but these were great because it was just fruit and nuts.
