About three years ago, San Diego had a terrible fire season that burned down many homes and displaced people who had to evacuate. We were one of them. We voluntarily evacuated since the smoke was aggravating my son’s breathing. I remember looking around my house and just thinking what am I going to take with me? Ultimately, it was just a few clothes, my laptop, and my photo albums. Then we piled our kids in the car and headed to a hotel in a safer area.
It was a scary time, and it’s made me think that I need to do more about backing up photos and digital files. A house fire or earthquake could happen so fast that all I can take are my kids. Or one of these days my computer may just crash and I’ll never be able to retrieve my photos and files.
So right after that I signed up for SugarSync. It’s a cloud-based system that syncs to a computer, tablet/iPad or smartphone like my iPhone and backs up files online. I loved this because SugarSync would back up my files periodically once I set it up so I didn’t have to worry about it. I also loved being able to access a file I saved on my home computer through my iPhone, and sharing files with my husband.

SugarSync can sync and back-up all your photos, songs and digital files.
So I’m excited to offer SugarSync as a giveaway to one of my readers.

DISCLOSURE
I received a 30 GB storage account for one-year like the one offered in the giveaway, but these opinions are entirely my own and I have not been paid to write this review. In fact, I have paid for membership to SugarSync on my own in the past and really liked the service.

Very cool giveaway–thanks!

SugarSync has the best sync functionality that I have come across. The quality online backup services usually offer basic sync features, but no one really rivals SugarSync. Whoever wins this will enjoy it for sure
