Here’s another fabulous fall smoothie from The Blender Girl at Healthy Blender Recipes. Seriously, any smoothie modeled after a pie is going to be delicious, and this one’s got two of my favorite ingredients: maple syrup and pecans. YUM!

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw pecans (The Blender Girl soaks hers for 2 hours but I just put them in unsoaked and it tasted great!)
- 2 cups water
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp natural vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of sea salt
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender, and as my 4 year old would say, “smooth it!”
