Raw Vegan Brazil Nut Chocolate Milkshake

I just love the smoothie recipes from The Blender Girl at Healthy Blender Recipes. Tess is so talented at coming up with easy, yet super tasty and healthy smoothies.

I really liked this one because I rarely use brazil nuts and never thought about using them in a smoothie. I just love cashews and walnuts, and may try that next time. Also, frozen bananas make a HUGE difference. They just make the smoothie creamier and yummy.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup raw Brazil nuts

  • 3 Tbsp raw cacao or carob powder
  • 4-6 pitted dates (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

Put everything into a blender and as my 4 year old would say, “smooth it!”
